We are extremely honored to announce that we have retained our Michelin Star in the 2019 guide, for the seventeenth consecutive year.

Head Chef Tom Clarke – commented “We have worked hard all year to develop and innovate We are truly pleased that we have once again achieved our star’
Tom Clarke is each season experimenting with different ingrediants,

he is especially proud of his recent dish – loin of venison

which is cooked with pears, chocolate red cabbage and beetroot.
A recent addition to our team is our Restaurant Manager Marco Nardi who brings considerable experience and knowledge

and a degree of freshness to the team which is invigorating.
Owner, Peter Newman said: ‘Once again I am very proud to know we have retained our star and I am grateful for the way in which the team have all pulled together.”
