Tom Clarke is each season experimenting with different ingrediants,
he is especially proud of his recent dish – loin of venison
which is cooked with pears, chocolate red cabbage and beetroot.
A recent addition to our team is our Restaurant Manager Marco Nardi who brings considerable experience and knowledge
and a degree of freshness to the team which is invigorating.
