CIM Moor Hall have recently appointed a new Chef Manager, who now oversees a Head Chef accompanied by a team of 6. The new appointment sees the arrival of Mark Bristow, an experienced and well versed chef with a diverse and varied background of catering. Mark started his training in Gees restaurant, Oxford under the tutorage of Peter Gordon. Following this, Mark has worked in a number of trendy and modern establishments including the Sugar Club and Live Bait in Manchester, with a most recent posting at Abingdon Private School.
Working under the likes of Alistair Little and Peter Gordon has allowed Mark the ability to understand and appreciate the importance of preparing fresh and authentic cuisine. CIM Moor Hall are delighted that he is able to bring in this wealth of knowledge to offer this alternative approach to catering by bringing in his passion to cook a delicious set of original, fresh, street food dishes. Mark’s cooking is all about providing colourful, freshly prepared food from locally sourced produce, which enables guests to receive a unique and delicious dining experience.
